Runs just fine, although the CPU fan is a little noisy. I used this ThinkPad for a little while with 2GB RAM to experiment with Vista and a couple of 64bit Linux distros, and it performs well. I was going to find the missing parts and complete this one for my own use, but just lost interest, so I'm offering it here.

The lid has some light scratches and scuffs as is normal from wear and use, but nothing to serious. Don't see any cracks or broken plastic, just the one missing rubber foot on the bottom, but I should have that replaced before shipping it out(I'm looking for a replacement in my box of spares).

This unit shipped with a glossy LCD panel that was broken when I got it. It has been replaced with a matte WXGA panel that is in excellent condition. The keyboard has moderate shine as does the touch pad. The left mouse button below the touch pad works OK, but must have a broken tab because while it works and doesn't just fall off, the right side of it can be lifted up much too easily. My plan was to replace with palm rest with one that does not have the touch pad, but I never got around to doing it.

Asking $95 shipped within US, $85 plus shipping at cost elsewhere, as described. For a little more I can include most of the missing components(battery, HDD with Recovery partition, caddy/cover, additional RAM, wireless card, etc., so if you are interested in something a little less bare-bones, let's talk.
