Looking for a t60 with 15" screen,
Must have wifii
with or without hard drive..

Your Buetooth requirement makes it somewhat difficult. You can easily get a USB Bluetooth dongle for a dollar on eBay, so I recommend you to drop that requirement.
Another idea: it would be easier to find a 14.1" T60 that's under $150.
Right now, this is the cheapest fully functional T60 on eBay, $139 shipped:

This is the second cheapest (with $19.99 shipping). If I were you, I would get this one because the specs are much nicer, but make an offer of $129:
