I'm looking to buy a IBM Transnote, I was outbided just by 1 bidder, since Im at work when they go off.

Look into an EBay snipe service. I've been using this one for years with great results. It's not free, but is very reasonable. (I have no affiliation with this site)

Another option, which is free, is JBidwatcher, a Java-based application. I have used it successfully many times, although I have not yet tried the latest version (2.1.5).

Still doesn't help THINKPAD560X get a transnote :D

In fact, i would like to add one to my collection but they are so rare, especially in Europe
