FOUND - Windows Vista.. 32 or 64 bit

Looking to buy a legal copy of Windows Vista. Must include the CD and accompanying product key (As required by law to resell it).
Can be 32 or 64 bit. I would prefer business as support goes until 2017.... whatever I can get the cheapest. So far the cheapest I found was $40 for Business, but it's 200 miles away in Cincinnati and the guy won't ship it.

EDIT - Just looking for Business now... I just realized that support ends for the rest of the Vista editions in 2012
