FS: 16v AC Adapter with issue

16v, 4.5a AC adapter; FRU 08k8209. 2 wire AC cord. Works, but low voltage cords is starting to pull away from strain relief, exposing the braided negative conductor. Can send picture if desired.

$10 shipped via priority mail small flat rate box.
