I know this is a Thinkpad forum but here goes a Macbook! I figure since it's black it's does look a bit like a Thinkpad and internals are quite similar to a X/T61 in many ways.

Specs:
1. Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz processor
2. 4GB DDR2 PC5300 RAM
3. 320GB 7200rpm hard disk
4. Super drive
5. bluetooth, Airport, wired Ethernet, sound, webcam, Firewire, 2xUSB, mini-DVI
6. good battery + power supply
7. fresh install of Snow Leopard with latest updates - 10.6.8 + MS Office '11 + iLife '11

The machine is in excellent cosmetic condition, runs and drives with no issues whatsoever. There is some minor wear on the bottom but nothing major. Top looks great and there is a brand new top case installed a few weeks back by Apple. Battery lasts a bit over 2 hours. I can swap it for a brand new one for a few more $$$.

This is the fastest and latest Blackbook one can buy. These originally came with 2GB RAM and 160GB 5400rpm disk but it's been upgraded and is now plenty fast with a good amount of storage. It's a 2008 model with a few weeks of Apple care left on it until Sept 4th, 2011.

Looking for $560 shipped in USA. For local pick up knock $20 off. Will consider reasonable offers. Not looking for trades right now.

I appreciate the trade offers but I'm not really interested right now. I have 3 Thinkpads at this point so just looking to sell it straight out.

A quick Thinkpad longtimer question:

Have you seen any challenges moving Office files from PC to Mac and back (whether in attachments or jump drive files)? Still on the Win7 side of fence and trying to play for both teams, though Mac-leaning. . . Sorry Bill.
