Recently I picked up a nice X41 Tablet at a great price, but still need parts. In exchange I have a X21 laptop with accessories available for trade:

FOR TRADE: Thinkpad X21 700MHz Pentium III, 30GB 7200RPM HDD, 256MB ram, CD/DVD-rom drive and Windows 2000 COA sticker; also includes #2931 docking station, X2 media slice base (w/bay blank insert for lighter carry), secondary 2.5 HDD bay adapter and AC Adapter w/power cord. I'll also include a X4 media slice with a slim CD/DVD drive that came with my tablet; it's not really compatible though with the X41T so I'll include it with the bundle if wanted.

POS: everything works great, chassis and screen cosmetics nice with only minor signs of wear (mostly to lid top), hinges are tight, keyboard and palm rest also pretty clean (clear button panel above the keyboard with Thinkpad/power buttons still had protective film when purchased last year); docking station was also purchased new last year and is in nice condition.

NEG: No keys for locked docking station - laptop physically locked in place; I recently moved and lost the keys (I've seen them available online for about $15 ordered using system serial#). The laptop/dock is still easy to carry around, but definitely not portable as is.
Also has no Ethernet built-in, so I'm including a Linksys 2.4 GHz 802.11g Wireless-G Notebook adapter (#SPC54GX4) with original Linksys driver CD & separate update disc.

WANTED: X41T HDD with caddy/cover, stylus, and external CD/DVD drive(USB). Hard drive (either IDE PATA or SSD) capacity negotiable, operating and physical condition should be very good/like new with no performance issues.

I have most of those parts you're looking for: 40GB mini IDE PATA drive with caddy (in excellent working condition), x41T Tablet Digitizer pen stylus (Brand New IBM Factory sealed) and USB 2.0 external DVD Rom drive made by Polaroid (Brand New). I do have an x41T hard drive cover but I wish to hang on to that. Maybe you can talk me out of it. Don't know if I'm really interested in a trade, but maybe can give you a good package deal if you want all of these. Email me if you want to talk it over
