WTT: HP Elitebook 8440W. Have power, want light longevity.

I shouldn't have sold my X201...but oh well.

I've recently purchased an HP EliteBook 8560W for my virtualization needs. IPS screen & a good docking station. Sadly, everything that the Thinkpad W series lacked when I had the W510.

Since I have that power, I no longer need my EliteBook 8440W for virtualization. I have a powerful laptop that can handle anything I'm throwing at it. What I don't have is a laptop with light weight & battery life to spare. Comes with the quad core territory. I get 5 hours, but I'm wanting in excess of 8. I could have that if I just swapped CPUs with the 8440W, but for that trouble, I might as well look at making a trade instead.

Specs are:
HP EliteBook 8440W
Core i7 740QM 1.73ghz quad core CPU
4GB (2x2) PC3-10667 RAM. I ran it with 8, but I'd like to keep that RAM for whatever I replace this with.
500GB 7200RPM hard drive
DVD DL
Quadro FX 380M 512MB video
14" 1600x900p matte LCD
2.0MP webcam
Intel 6300n WiFi
Gigabit Ethernet
56k modem
BlueTooth
Fingerprint Reader
Touchpad & Trackpoint
3 USB 2.0
1 USB 2.0/eSATA
1 firewire
Display Port
VGA
Smart Card reader
keyboard light
9 cell battery (0% wear per BatteryBar). Battery is good for 5 hours or so max.
90W AC adapter
120W AC adapter
2 years at-home warranty remaining
Windows 7 Professional
Office 2007 Professional

It's spent very little time turned on, I can count the number of times it's left the docking station on one hand. Absolutely pristine condition. If you wanted a W410, this is as close as you can come to it, and the build quality exceeds the Thinkpads I've owned in the past 8 years (although I prefer the Thinkpad's trackpoint).

As said, I'm not looking for power so much as something ideally <= 4lbs with 8 or so hours of battery life.
