WTB/WTT: Thinkpad T60/61/400 Parts + CPUs - UPDATED!

I am looking for the following parts:

T60:
2x Keyboards
1x Palmrest with Fingerprint Reader
4x Battery (OEM only)
2x Core 2 Duo CPUs 2ghz and higher
1gb and 2gb sticks of RAM

T61:
Battery
Widescreen LCD (no scratches, needs to be bright, resolution doesn't matter). I'd prefer an entire T61 14.1" Widescreen lid.

T400:
1x Palmrest with Fingerprint reader

I am only interested in very lightly used parts - the newer the better. I have scads of Thinkpad T4x parts available for trade as well as a few for T60s. If you're interested in trading, let me know what you need and we'll talk.

FYI: keyboards are the same across the entire T60 range, no difference between the 4:3 and 16:10 units. These can also be used on T400.

Palmrests are different, though.

Are you looking for a 14.1" palmrest or a 15" palmrest? If 15", are you looking for a 4:3 one or a 16:10 one?
