Thinkpad X201s with 8 GB RAM and 160 GB Intel X25-M SSD 2nd Generation (this is the most reliable SSD). Warranty expires 3/21/12 but is extendable with Lenovo if done before expiration date. Purchased late March 2011 and keyboard was replaced a couple of months ago.
This is a 1440 x 900 display compared with the X220 1366 x 768. Lenovo no longer makes the "X" series with the high resolution display. The "s" series (e.g. X201s) is lighter than the normal series so that even with the heavier 9-cell battery it only weighs 3 lbs.
The unit comes with a 6-cell battery and I have an extra Lenovo official 9-cell. With the 9-cell which is what I use the unit weighs 3 lbs.
Both batteries come in handy for those long plane trips or if you're on the road and not certain if you'll find a plug.
Also comes with the Lenovo USB to DVI adapter

This is the Intel SSD:

EDIT: Software is restored to original Windows 7 from restore disks.
