Unit was used by my granddaughter. She reported it was working fine, then it just quit – won’t turn on [push the power button and the green power indicator comes on along with the battery indicator], and there is the fan sound and air blowing out the side; the screen doesn’t show anything. The screen is not cracked or broken. Cosmetically it needs a good cleaning but the keyboard and the case are OK. There’s no hard drive but there is a DVD multi drive which she said was not working even before the unit went dead. There is memory [don’t remember how much] and also the AC adapter along with the battery.
