***Machine Sold***
Original Configuration --> changes
P M 758(1.5GHz)LV
512MB RAM
60GB 4200rpm HDD --> None. Cover included.
12.1in 1024x768 LCD
Intel 900
Intel 802.11bg wireless
Modem
1Gb Ethernet
Secure Chip
8 cell Li-Ion batt --> 4 cell. See details below.
WinXP Tablet 2005 --> None
Touchscreen has random clicking at the lower edge. I've added some foil shielding behind the LCD and that helped, but it still happens and is a bit annoying. This happens with a fresh reload from my recovery CDs, so it's definitely a hardware issue. I disabled the touchscreen driver and have been using the machine as a IPS X41 laptop.
The memory door has some identification information scratched on it. Cosmetically, this machine looks very good with wear mostly on the corners. Keyboard is in great condition! Battery is not (4 Cell with 54 cycles, 17.24Wh out of 27.36Wh design capacity, poor condition).
Barebones machine with battery only (no stylus, or HDD): $40 shipped USA
Stylus: SOLD
HDD: 32GB Samsung MCBOE32GQAPQ SSD with Recovery Partition and adapter (similar to http://www.ebay.com/itm/260701198937): $50 (SOLD)
