WTB: T60 fan Type 2007-64U

The fan in my T-60 is just too noisy and I'm looking for another. Haven't cracked the case to see the particulars but hopefully the Type will help you guys who know that stuff to offer the one I need.

LMK what you have and how much.

Yout T60 has the following (stock/factory) specifications:

ThinkPad T60 (2007-64U)
T2500 (2 GHz), 1GB RAM, 100 GB 5400rpm HD, 14.1 in 1400x1050 LCD, 128 MB ATI Radeon X1400, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11abg wireless, WWAN, Bluetooth/Modem, 1 Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 6c Li-Ion batt, WinXP Pro

... in other words you have a discreete GPU (the X1400), so I'd suggest you get the FRU = 41W6407 fan. See the thread Fan for T60 2007-CTO V3B for more information.

If you wish to try save a few bucks, you may also just add some lubrication to your existing fan (not a permament fix, probably); see the thread LF: Fans for T61p, T60p, and T60 and especially this post and the link pointed to therein.
