Screen in great shape, nice and bright, hinges nice and tight. Colors are very rich and vivid. Top of case and palm rest in very nice shape, keyboard in MINT condition (looks brand new). If only that Z61t had the WXGA+ LCD, I would find it very hard to resist... again. But then again I also swore never to ship a laptop overseas again, for good reasons. I guess it wasn't meant to be this time.

I believe Marketing 101 teaches us to get the product into the customer's hands. Let them feel it, touch it, smell that great aroma that only a used Thinkpad possesses ... You know a WXGA+ upgrade to the LCD does sound like a nice project. Perhaps I will undertake such as project on one of these machines one day. Would be a nice addition to a nice laptop. I agree- there is indeed something very special and unique about the z61t machines.

As for delivering overseas- I have a great plan: Let's train a group of parrots belonging to a certain gentleman named Bill to fly across the ocean with one of these strapped to their backs LOL.
