I have a Thinkpad T41 (2373-5U2) that I upgraded with a 2.0GHz Dothan CPU - in essence making it almost a T42p system. Here are the specs:
14.1 SXGA+(1400X1050) TFT LCD, 32MB ATI Radeon 9000, 16x10x24x/8x CD-RW/DVD, Intel 802.11b wireless, Modem, 1GB Ether, UltraNav, Sec Chip, 6c Li-Ion, WinXP Pro
I have put 2G/PC2700 RAM in it and can add a hard-drive if you want. The battery is GREEN. Comes complete except for HDrive.

I have tested it as best I can. It doesn't have the famous video chip problem. I've been using it off-and-on for awhile.

For hard-drive, let me know what you want and I'll give you a good price. The HD will come with XP Pro installed.
