WANTED: T60 w/ 15" UXGA, and maybe repair of 2623-DDU T60p

My T60p 2623-DDU just quit working, so I am shopping for a good deal on another T60 with 15" UXGA.
I don't need the 'fancy' high power-draw ATI graphics...but I DO need the 15" 1600x1200 UXGA...so my 'wish' T60 would be a 15" machine with a low-power T61 Intel-integrated-graphics mainboard swapped into it.
Or perhaps there was a later T60 15" that used an ATI chip with lower power-draw than the fireGL 5250 that's in my old one??
Anyway, I am an active and immediate buyer for a 15" uxga T60....of the lowest power-draw possible....and with a perfect screen.
I DO need a modem, and bluetooth...and I would like full RAM....but I do not need any hard-drive.
If the machine will have a good DVD-writer optical drive, that's worth a few bucks more to me.....otherwise I'll use the one from my failed 2623-DDU.
ps; I'd also be interested in getting this 2623 fixed...or even better, used as a base for a T61-board conversion Frankenpad project. If there's a known/respected member who does such things, please do PM me.
