I have one T60p left. The keyboard is clean with no shine. Palmrest looks brand new. LCD is in great condition, very bright and no dark spots, no scratches, looks real good. Everything looks mint except for some light scuffing visible on the top cover (please see pic). Battery holds a full charge at least 2:30 hours. Windows XP SP3 is installed and activated (no restore partition, XP COA is on bottom). This machine is a late build from June 2007 and has the Thinkpad logos and the newer V5250 ATI graphics. The processor is also 64-bit capable.

Great machine, I'd recommend it to anyone. I have to ask though, what are you replacing these with?

so it can take in more than 3gb ram? i thought all t60s are limited to 32-bit.

T60's with a Core 2 Duo CPU can run a 64-bit OS, but as you've guessed, they are chipset limited to 3 GB of usable RAM. So a 64-bit OS would seem of limited benefit, just IMHO.

The bios will see 4gb, but the chipset (and os) will only see 3gb

I may be interested. Refresh my memory. I thought all of the T60p had the UXGA type LCD?

I once owned a later model T60p that had an LG SXGA+ FlexView from the factory.

T60p were available with both UXGA and SXGA+ screens. When UXGA supply started to run out, only SXGA+ were still abundant. So the final T60p builds were only spec'ed with SXGA+ screens. This one is probably from the last batch of builds.

In the UK there was an odd ball T60p made towards the end of the T60 production - Model type: 2007-FE2 - which was based on 2007-5DG.
These T60's had 15in XGA LCD's with ATi FireGL V5200 GPU's - I have seen several of these which all carry the ThinkPad T60p clear plates.
ThinkPad T60 (2007-FE2)
Based on 2007-5DG: T2400(1.83GHz), 1GB RAM, 80GB 5400rpm HD, 15in 1024x768 LCD, 256MB ATI FireGL V5200, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Bluetooth, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 6c Li-Ion, WinXP Pro
