'You are not authorised to read this forum' Why??

I was doing a Google search which pointed to this forum topic: http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.ph ... 87&start=0.
When I go there, it says "You are not authorised to read this forum." I am logged in so that's not the issue. Are there certain forums we aren't allow to read? Why can't I view this post?

Yes, there are private boards which are visible only to the admins and/or moderators. That particular message broke the forum rules and was removed from the public boards to a private board used for archiving, and that's why you can't view it.

Okay - Is there any information there that would help me as I have a password locked T420 that has that error .. Thanks.
