Double check your URL.

First, you're missing "lenovo".
Second, don't put "www" in front of "support1".

I just got so agitated, that I typed the first thing that came into my head.
Obviously with typos!
I have many URLs coming up to choose from, when I type in a URL (using PaleMoon browser).

I really couldn't access the 'proper' support1 URLs at that time, sorry for wasting your time.
