Which Lenovo - Thinkpad & Non Thinkpad series give options for Windows Pro preinstalled when ordering?

I've mostly used Thinkpads in the US and so getting them was not an issue.

I might have to order/ help get 1-2 portables (laptop/ 2 in 1 etc or so) for a small team in India. Thinkpad prices here are prohibitive.

I am curious what series of Lenovo machines allow for PRO upgrades pre installed when ordering?

I am guessing E series Thinkpads do, what others - Thinkpad or Non thinkpad series?

PS: Also, prefer to get 1080p or more.

Thanks. I have looked before at the Tabook, but there seems to be no quick reference on there for all lenovo non thinkpad series.
