Any way to get the model number of a W530 from a provided UPC code/ number?

PS: One of the EBay listings has UPC number but not model number.

Thanks that was insightful. But, not luck with the UPC I have: 639790126753 - It finds the same ebay listing and they do not wish to share Screen Resolution information, or Model number (to determine that).
