AFAIK most of T and X series have them but selected subset only is WWAN ready (have built-in antennas). You can use PSREF to get exact models.
ThinkPad (1992 - 2012): R51, X31, X220

Re: ThinkPads with SIM slots
I used to think that too, until I realized that my phone plan permits only 2GB/month of tethering or mobile hotspot. I don't think there are phone plans in the US that include unlimited tethering or hotspot. But on a SIM-equipped tablet such as my Microsoft Surface 3 or the Thinkpad 8 I used to have, I get unlimited cellular data from my plan.
Some 3G devices get HSPA+ from some networks, which is actually quite fast. 2G is useless however.Thinkpad4by3 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 16, 2017 6:26 pmAlso with exceptipn of the newst ones, are 3G which is useless nowadays.
