Cheapest FHD IPS ThinkPad?

I don’t necessarily care about processor, ram, SSD, etc. The most important criteria is a FHD IPS screen in a 13-15 size. What is the cheapest way to achieve that goal?

I would guess it's a toss between a used T440s, or a T420s/T430s with the FHD IPS mod + FHD IPS screen (assuming the FHD kits are still available).
