Which external display are you using with your ThinkPad?
I have really been enjoying my ThinkVision P44w-10 43.4" display, and wanted to know if anyone else had one, or if not what you are using instead.

What color calibrator do you use? Got a ColorHug2 but the resulting ICC profile is a bit reddish.

I have the X-rite i1 Display Pro. I use that with Benq's Palette Master Element calibration software. I use the X-Rite software with the same colorimeter to calibrate the Laptop screen. I have to close out any X-rite software running when I start up the Benq program or there's conflicts with them both trying to access the sensor. I don't see the ColorHug on the list of supported sensors. It's only X-rite and Spyder devices.axur-delmeria wrote: ↑Sat Mar 19, 2022 9:11 pmWhat color calibrator do you use? The ColorHug is a colorimeter created by open-source developer Richard Hughes. It's supported in Linux via Gnome and Argyll CMS.zemlin wrote: ↑Sat Mar 19, 2022 9:33 pm

The ICC profile created by those programs are compatible with Windows.

Re: Which external display are you using with your ThinkPad?
Most of the time it is either a single or two 24" WUXGA (1920x1200) displays. I have an older desk setup with a 22" WSXGA+ (1680x1050) LCD which I want to upgrade soon. The idea is to replace the 22" with the 24" and the 24" with a 27" QHD (2560x1440) screen. All the displays are IPS, by the way.
Thinkpad 25 (20K7), T490 (20N3), Yoga 14 (20FY), T430s (IPS FHD + Classic Keyboard), X220 4291-4BG
X61 7673-V2V, T60 2007-QPG, T42 2373-F7G, X32 (IPS Screen), A31p w/ Ultrabay Numpad
