Where to report bugs?

How does one go about reporting a bug to IBM/Lenovo?

:( I was serious when asking my question. I've searched on the forums and on the IBM/Lenovo websites, but haven't found anything.

I don't think you can report a bug directly. What you can do is call IBM Help. You explain your problem; they try to fix it; they document your case. I think this is one source of reporting misbehaved software or hardware.

You can also post the bug here. You may find it is not a bug. For certain, if you do nothing, it won't get reported. ... JD Hurst

i was trying to say, in a funny way, that "they" have not seemd to care about single users reporting bugs..

now if you are the it manager of a large enterprise, you can complain to your sales rep. and that MIGHT get some action..

but a single user stands little chance of getting through the maze to an ear that will listen and act..

but don't let that stop you from trying..

and as jdhurst said, the best place to start is the support line..
