Will Lenovo design new Dock for current T43 and further T's?

I think the current DockII can't support 1394 interface, PCI-express card and Ultrabay Slim. Do you know when Lenovo will develop the new one?

I kinda doubt it will hpapen soon. The primary audience for Docks are Corporate users... and they typically won't/don't need such features.

Corporate tends to move much slower than mainstream, which moves much slower than geeks.

Just pop in a 1394 PCI card into your Dock II, I did that for awhile until I put Media Center 2005 on my T43 & a PCI Hauppauge PVR-150 card in the Dock II

It sounds reasonable. We, geeks, maybe not need such gears. But I hope I still have Dock. And is there some possibility for extend more PCI interface. One PCI-slot seems not enough for me.
