ThinkPad X40 and 60 GB HDD?

Does anyone have any indication that a 60 GB 1.8-inch minidrive will be available sometime in the next few months? I heard that Hitachi was coming out with a 60 GB HDD for the Apple iPods, which will be similar to, if not the same as, the ThinkPad X40 minidrives.

Boosting the X40 from 40 to 60 GB would be a good upgrade for this model.

Has anyone heard about anything in development at Hitachi or Toshiba? And if so, when might we see it? Thanks!

The Hitachi 60gb 1.8" should work in an x40. I don't know of any other rumors, especially of a faster drive.
