Some cell devices won't update the time change unless you shut them down and "reboot"

Well, he was specifically referring to wired phones John, but my initial reaction is still HUH???

How do you even get cell service without caller ID?

You need to upgrade your cell provider John, Ethiopia has better cell phone cervice than yours! I used to drive to Toronto all the time from my office in Buffalo and never had the cell phone problems you're experiencing.

My provider offers Caller ID, I just don't opt for it. If I can take the call, I will, and if I cannot, then caller ID doesn't help as I let it go to voice mail. My cell phone is on 24x7 except 2x per week overnight when I charge it. .. JD Hurst

I had that phone (or similiar model), but I knew mine as a P280. It was my favorite phone when it came out, and I still find it attractive. If it was reissued with a color screen, I'd buy it right away.
