Automated telephone service for parts ? Localized KB

Please help with this, can't find this number anywhere in the Forum !

Neither parts nor support do know about it.

However I asked parts and they have the price but not in stock, should I place the order anyway and try to have expedited ?

The part is orderable on the UK website but it doesn't let me order for shipment ouside UK.
T440s OK so far.
T420s NVIDIA graphics. Nice, then MB failure.
T400s Workhorse. two of'em, both faulty display with vertical stripes.
T43 °very nice° - MB reflown and dead, two of'em.
T42 15°, dead onboard wireless.
T40, dead memory slot, stolen from me
T30, stolen from me
TP600 dead

Searching on Lenovo's site for Support phone list had the following link for "Accessories and upgrades Keyboards, Memory, Mice, Storage, Wireless communications, and more" brought up the following phone number list. Hope it helps.

This is a number that I've read about on this forum and perhaps is not much publicly given.
I tried it a month or so and was routed to a menu for automated part price information by menu. It worked well and was I able to pull part numbers for localized keyboards.
It is a great resource if you want to know a price before calling in the order.
T440s OK so far.
T420s NVIDIA graphics. Nice, then MB failure.
T400s Workhorse. two of'em, both faulty display with vertical stripes.
T43 °very nice° - MB reflown and dead, two of'em.
T42 15°, dead onboard wireless.

Does anyone have experience getting a localized ThinkPad KB delivered in the US? I'd like to get a Traditional Chinese KB, but haven't figured out how to order one in the US.
Own: X60T (AJU, 200GB 7200RPM), T40p (100GB 7200RPM, 2GB, Lin/Win)
Used: 700C, 760, T21, T23, T30, T41p, T43, T60p

Tab,

get the number from the HMM manual or the part publication, online.

Call parts and ask to verify availability and price. If in stock, place order. The T43's KB cost is about $45.
