What is Lenovo cancellation policy?

I purchased a new T43 from the website on 12/4, and it was scheduled to ship on 12/21. This seemed like a long time then! After not hearing anything from them, I called, and they said they would send an email but they thought it would ship 12/21 or 12/22....they didn't. I called again and they told me it was re-scheduled to ship 1/5/07. I don't consider this to be a good start with them and I'm considering cancelling the order and purchasing off this site or possibly ebay. I still want a TP, but for the price of a new unit, I'm disappointed in the service. Thoughts? What is their policy?

I believe that if it hasn't shipped you should be able to cancel it.
