I called and was on hold for about 5 minutes, then I told the service advisor my problem (need a new screen -- i just said that to her) and she said "no problem sir" are you at (insert my address here)? Yes, I replied, and she told me that it could take 4-7 days + shipping. I recieved the box the next day at around 3pm, and shipped it out the following day. To my astonishment, the computer was back in my hands 2 (2!!!) days later with a new screen! I am super happy with their customer service, no hassle -- no fuss, they just fixed my problem!
