www.ebay.ca comes to mind.
Ask in our Marketplace forum.
If you are a dab hand with a soldering iron, slice the old battery-cover open, and replace the standard 2032 cell with a new one, available from every photo shop and most DIYs.

Cheapest? The cheapest would probably be to buy a regular CR2032 lithium battery, pull the tabs off of the existing backup battery and attach them to the new cell. Do NOT attempt to solder the wires on! Lithium batteries can have a nasty habit of exploding. I understand that people have used electrical tape or heat-shrink tubing. While it's not something that I would do personally, it is the least expensive.

I looked on eBay.ca but there's nothing local to Canada at the moment. I assume that you've already checked there and saw international sellers trying to get C$25 for a C$0.50 battery.

Google the part number (FRU), and try it on www.pricegrabber.com. You should find plenty of sources.

Get the part number from the Hardware Maintenance Manual.

I agree with rkawakami. I would not solder to a lithium battery. You could be injured.

I don't want to cause any accidents!
I have not (yet) opened up one of those CMOS batteries and only assumed the wires were soldered. Thanks for the correction.
