Lenovo Return Policy?

I'm a bit confused about Lenovo's return policy.

Recently I was told by Lenovo that they had a 30 day return policy even when used/opened. However, I wasn't able to find their return policy in writing.

Searching on these forums, I see people talking about a 21 day return policy on unopened boxes with a 15% restocking fee.

Maybe different divisions of Lenovo have different policies?

Lenovo/CA has a different return policy than Lenovo/US.

Same goes for Lenovo/EU. It's different than the US and sometimes differs among EU member nations, although that's changing.
