LCD Decals

Lets say that you swap in a new LCD for your T41 and you use a complete LCD/lid from EBay for a T40. Is there a way to change the T40 decal to a T41? Do you just swap the bezels or can you get the decals somewhere? How difficult (or easy) is it to swap the bezels?

The clearplates can be found on ebay.
