Hi,

I am a very content ThinkPad owner (Z60t with the titanium cover) and am also a business school student. I'm currently working on a research project about warranty fulfillment strategies of computer manufacturers.

Does anyone have any contacts in Lenovo / IBM who work in this field who might be willing to be interviewed by me? It would be immensely helpful.
