Custom configuration in Canada?

Does anyone have a method for getting a customized configuration in Canada? None of the T61's offered on the Lenovo Canada website are anywhere near to what I want (T7300, 14.1" 4:3 SXGA+, X3100, 4GB RAM).

I've been told that to order off the US website, I have to provide a US credit card # plus a US shipping address, and I can't satisfy either of these conditions.

Unfortunately not. CTO models are US only, everyone else has to make do with preconfigured models.
