WRONG 2nd HDD adapter

The company newmodeus.com claims to sell hard drive caddies for the T60P (and other T60s).

The caddy has a pin port for the hard drive not the board edge i.e. The new Hitachi hard drive will not work with it.

you mean it did not work..?

or did you get something you did not order..?

or you ordered the wrong adapter for your thinkpad..?

it looks like it is for a PATA drive, which i use from time to time in my T60p..
since i have a bunch of the PATA drives..

SO, please be clear in what your problem IS with this adapter..

also, has the vendor offered a refund..?

also, i think, until you reply, i will edit your subject to WRONG 2nd HDD adapter..

and this post needs to be in the GENERAL ThinkPad News/Comments & Questions, not the T6x conference, since this item also works in other thinkpad models..
both current and past models..
