Does the lenovo warranty status show "blacklisted" or "reported stolen" ?

No, it will not show stolen or blacklisted. But if you send it in you will find out when they won't ship it back.
The benefits of stolen status being shown has been debated before. While it would be a good thing to be able to check and see if a Thinkpad is stolen before buying it, the final decision belongs to Lenovo and at this point they are not going to release that information to the public. I think they do provide it to Law Enforcement Personnel.
