Ultrabay 2000 2nd Hard Drive Adapter/Caddy

There's a ton of these knockoff Ultrabay 2000 2nd Hard Drive Adapter/Caddies on EBay. Has anyone tried one, are they decent? Second question, is there an OEM IBM version?

No, I have not tried those and yes, there's an original IBM Ultrabay 2000 HD adapter. The FRU is 08K6067. Here's a picture of the real deal:
