how popular are 4:3 screens vs. widescreens in thinkpads?

I'm curious, if anyone knows, about the popularity of the widescreens vs. 4:3 screens in T61's.

I realize that 15in are not available in 4:3 anymore and am worried that 14 in 4:3 will be obsolete soon as well.

Is my worry justified?

The future of 4:3 doesn't look good. I know of one (very) big corporation that purchases Thinkpads for its employees. Up until and including the T60, they always went with 14" SXGA+, but for the T61 they switched to 14" wide WXGA+. Although I don't know the official reason, I believe that it is due to the non-existance of T61 SXGA+ with integrated graphics.

Too bad, I just bought one :) (but it wasn't really easy to buy it from France)
