Netflix Setups

Any Netflix fans out there? Am interested in your setups, particularly if that setup involves a Thinkpad. I watch on my 19" LCD, but am interested in moving to a larger screen. Anyone hooking up to home theater systems and large TV's/monitors? I've heard that Netflix may be integrated into a TIVO. Anyone with details on that?
