Not one thank you? That's because you sound like a shill.
I've used ThinkPads since 1993, and Windows since 3.0 and have never purchased a defragmenter or system tuner. There's just no good reason that someone who knows computers well should buy them.
And there's no good reason for someone who's not good with computers to trust your word on it. If you'd like to write a good review, though, I'm sure a lot of people would read it.

And if I might add, those of us not running Windows, usually have file systems that do not require maual defrag. HPFS, Reiser FS, Jourrnaling FS, etc. do not require anything else.
As for Windows defraggers, I have purchased and used Diskeeper, which is interesting to me because Microsoft includes the stripped-down version to include with the OS....

Raxco PerfectDisk V6 works great (I have posted such in different threads). What I like about it is that it runs a service in the background to a scheduled time while you are working. I never notice it. So that is an improvement over the Windows defrag tool (that I have been using since Windows 2000 some years ago).
The new PerfectDisk V7 works very slowly and consumes a lot of resource on my desktop data hard drive. It doesn't seem to be able to manage very large hard disks with very large non-NTFS files. Raxco has no solution, so I am staying with PD V6. YMMV
With regard to the registry cleaner, I never heard of it. I use RoseCity Software Registry First Aid. This tool came out on top of several neutral rating documents. I tried it because I had a startup problem that developed after I was experimenting with Access Connections. A complete uninstall (including profiles) and re-install did not solve the problem, but Registry First Aid did. Again, I have posted such in different threads. I generally do not like Registry Cleaners, but in this case it was RFA or re-install
I never tried Tune-up Utilities and can't comment.
