It is defintely a 600 series thinkpad.

But not the 600X.I dont see a MiniPCI cover.Must be a 600 or 600E.

Some guy tried to pass this on as a T23 for parts.
As it turned out, it WAS a 600e that he was selling at the same time in another eBay ad.
He used the same (wrong) pictures in his T23 ad, which went for $26.- in the end when I was having dinner.
