Terrible service from Lenovo Warranty Support

Currently experiencing some extremely TERRIBLE service from Lenovo Warranty Support.

I purchased a warranty extension from a reseller in which their "Warranty Specialist" even approved that my T41P is eligible for the extension. To re-confirm, I called into Lenovo and they verified that as long as the warranty was purchased before my warranty expiry, it is valid.

After registering my warranty, they are claiming that I purchased the warranty extension AFTER my warranty expired. This has been ongoing for the past 3 months. I have sent them 5 emails with proof that I purchased the warranty prior to expiry and called in and opened 4 cases yet they still have no resolution for me.

The "Support" department that I speak to just claims that there is no direct number to Warranty which I find to be a load of BS. What do you suggest I should do?

Why don't you send me a private message with your model, serial, and any case numbers?

I'll share my email, and you can send me your proof of purchase for the upgraded warranty.

I'll try to help get this resolved for you.
