Recommended ThinkPad accessories/parts retailers?

Can anyone recommend any ThinkPad accessories/parts (on-line) retailers so that I could upgrade my old ThinkPad DVD drive with a DVD-ROM/RW combo? Tried to search the part model compatible with my old-model ThinkPad on IBM/Lenovo official websites but the needed replaceable part isn't on their accessory products list so thinking of purchasing through a third-party provider. Actually I've checked ThinkPad Parts.com and ThinkPad Medic.com but not quite sure about the products and services they provide, so anyone has any ideas or experiences buying from ThinkPad third-party suppliers?

What is your machine type/model number? (i.e T23 2647 etc)

It's R50e 1834P7C. The original DVD drive model is 92P6567 which is nearly broken down and the one I'm about to upgrade to is 39T2503. Cheers~

You can order one at the IBM maintanence parts website here. A new 39T2503 costs ~$60.

edit: Ah, dint realize you were in NZ. Maybe you can try looking up if there is a IBM parts website for your region ...
