Last week my laptop didn’t work with a problem, I called the ESC+ and sent them for repairing, but one day a guy called me from ESC+ said the liquid damage leaded to my laptop didn’t work well and then they just sent it back.
I’m wonder that I never spill a drop on my T43.
To clarify the issue I write down the problem description below:
1. Put the laptop on the desk and keep a part of front side juts out desk.
2. Turn on the laptop.
3. Sometimes the laptop has no response during boot the OS.
4. Keep press the left corner of front side with you left hand, the issue
disappeared, means the laptop is working well.
5. Release your hand probably the issue comes again.
I sent the e-mail to supervisor of the Lenovo, but nothing happened.
Please note the same issue had occurred last year and they had fixed it after I sent to them.
Repair request was rejected by Lenovo
