An hour hold to Lenovo tech support and waiting . . .

I have a couple of hardware issues to take up with Lenovo tech support before my old T40 goes out of warranty. For years I'd get a human in Atlanta in a few minutes. When I tried more recently, I gave up waiting on hold. Today, when I have some time, I try again and have been on hold for one hour and counting. Didn't think Tuesday would be too bad. Oh well.

Try calling them very early in the morning, when most of the rest of the nation is still asleep.

I've also had "short success" when calling, but I had always attributed that to a smaller customer base in Canada who would be calling the Canadian support number.
