I was playing around on the site and saw that:

Looks like they've got a hefty backorder on it too (4 weeks), price notwithstanding. Must be in high demand.

Man that DOS was good stuff (and durable, too)!

That 4 weeks back order must be there to compensate for the huge amount of time you will save, when you boot into DOS (instantly) instead of Windows (anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes or more).

I'd be glad to sell my copy of DOS for half that price and I'll even throw in my old Toshiba T1200 so you could have something to run it on.

Sadly, that's actually legitimate. I can't see any reason to get the T9500 over the T9300...same processor, same cache, just 100MHz faster. Definitely not worth $290!
