Thinkpad X6x in Iron Man?

#1 Post by bobdsmith » Mon May 12, 2008 9:12 am

Hey, has anyone seen the film yet? Is that an X6x with 8 cell battery Pepper uses? I'd post screenshot, but they don't like cameras in the movie theatre...

although, it looked like there was a chrome coloured Lenovo stamp on the lid...

Yes, I got pretty excited seeing that. Pointed it out to my wife and she gave me a evil stare. Pretty sure it was a X60.

It's things I notice like this that make me aware I'm a thinkpad geek.

When I'm in a coffee shop downtown and I see everyone's laptops are Macbooks(Disgusting I know!) and I point out that fact to my friend and he tells me I should get help... especially if some of the girls are good looking and the first thing I looked at were the Macbooks.

I always get excited when I see a ThinkPad. It just makes me feel good, because that's something that makes me really happy. (And I got to go see Iron Man  :) ).
