Yes, it looks like someone did an overly enthusiastic housecleaning. I don't think I have a copy of either of them. Hopefully someone else has them.

What about the rest of the missing files like twbook?

I can't remember the rest of them, but there was an index, I think. Maybe indexw.pdf? Anyone have one of those so we can figure out what's gone?
